alphabet to alphabet

kinetic incantations
tattooed into the wind
embroidered with the fresh
zest of meeting arm
in arm, alphabet
to alphabet, cathodic ink
infusing circuitry with language
grease dripping from
well oiled vowels
forming like still
flames, like waves inlaid
with accidental hieroglyphs
raw myth
mixing
with electrons

this is great and I love the tatoo metaphors throughout - haven't read a poem using those - very unique.

Wow Cat,

This is a treat for the tongue - i love the words and the shapes they create in my refractive imagination.

A real corker - nice lines

Am so longing for a new tattoo, this did not help. Wonderful word weaving and a unique take on the prompt. Loved it!

Nice stitching into this one, etched by textures thick and oozing colors.

My favorite: well-oiled vowels. The words themselves are a textural delight. I love what yu did with this.

Oh, I really like this. It suggests all kinds of directions in which to go. A true mix of the the real, the ethereal and the technological - unless I've got it wrong!
